We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we want to make it easy for you to get it resolved.
Returns
Changed your mind or ordered more than you needed? No problem. We accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed condition within 10 days of the shipment date. Just reach out to us first so we can get you set up with a return — we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return and confirm the product is unopened, we’ll issue a credit back to your original payment method. Most credits appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — that one’s on us.
Quality Guarantee
Every Elutide product ships with an independent Certificate of Analysis. If third-party testing shows a product doesn’t meet the specifications listed on its COA, we will replace it or issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond with instructions and a prepaid return label. Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first — we need to authorize the return so we can make sure everything goes smoothly on our end.
What We Can’t Accept
Due to the nature of research materials, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or had their seals broken. This is an industry-standard safety requirement, not a technicality — once a seal is broken, we can’t verify product integrity for the next researcher.
